In close co-operation with the libraries in Chicago and IDEO, Aarhus Public Libraries has developed the toolkit Design Thinking for Libraries. The toolkit introduces news ways of understanding the needs of your patrons and how to engage with your communities like never before. The design methods and mindset are important parts of the way we innovate and develop the libraries in Aarhus.

Therefore Aarhus Public Libraries are always open for sharing knowledge and ideas with libraries and other professionals. Every year we host a large number of study visits and interns from Denmark and other countries.
